Steel license plate art is heavy and sharp-edged. We don't use generic boxes. Every piece is wrapped in protective foam, corner-protected, and secured in a custom-sized box designed for the weight and dimensions of your order.
If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll make it right.

Shipping Questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. This includes handcrafting your piece from scratch plus shipping time. Your exact timeline will be confirmed when you receive your quote.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the continental United States. Contact us for international shipping inquiries and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How is the piece packaged to prevent damage?
Every piece is wrapped in protective foam and secured in a custom-fit box built to handle the weight and dimensions of your art. We take packaging seriously — these are heavy steel pieces.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right — either repairing or replacing your piece at no cost to you.
Can I expedite my order?
Rush production may be available depending on our current workload. Mention your deadline when requesting a quote and we'll let you know what's possible.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier.
