Custom Orders

Every Packwood Plates piece is handmade to order. Due to their custom nature, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on custom pieces unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Defects and Damage

• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery
• Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion
• No refunds will be issued for custom pieces

Contact us within the windows above and include your order number along with photos of the defect or shipping damage. Photos help us resolve the claim quickly.
