Agreement to Terms

Packwood Plates creates handmade art pieces using authentic recycled license plates and metal materials. Each piece is unique and handcrafted in the USA.

Orders and Payment

Order Process

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Custom orders require detailed specifications and approval
  • Production time varies by complexity (typically 2-4 weeks)
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion

Payment Terms

  • Full payment required at time of order
  • We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
  • All prices are in USD and do not include shipping or taxes
  • Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: UPS, FedEx, and USPS services available
  • Delivery Time: 2-4 weeks for custom pieces plus shipping time
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on size, weight, and destination
  • International Orders: Available, subject to customs regulations
  • Damage Claims: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Returns and Refunds

Custom Orders

Due to their custom nature, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on custom pieces unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Defects and Damage

  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion
  • No refunds will be issued for custom pieces

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Packwood Plates and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Customer Content

By submitting designs, ideas, or specifications, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the purpose of creating your custom piece.

Product Limitations

Important Safety Information:

  • Our products are decorative art pieces, not functional license plates
  • Do not use our products as vehicle license plates
  • Products contain sharp edges and should be handled with care
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Suitable for indoor use or covered outdoor areas only

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete order information
  • Ensure custom designs do not infringe on third-party rights
  • Use products as intended and follow safety guidelines
  • Report any issues or defects promptly
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Packwood Plates, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
